  • I was in Toronto on a trip and was basking in the number of Vietnamese restaurants. I'm not clear if all of the "Ginger" restaurants are owned by the same organization but I wish they were in New York, which sounds crazy. "Fast" food in the sense of convenient but not based on pre-packaged ingredients. Yummy rolls, very nice salmon dishes, pho, etc. I'd go again in a minute the next time I'm in Toronto.
