| - I almost feel like my review can't be considered complete because I was only able to try about half of all that Bacchanal has to offer - this buffet is huge!
Park in the Caesar's Palace parking garage, follow Gordon Ramsey's restaurant to your right (don't go into the forum shops) and walk through the walkway by the alcohol slushie shop. You'll pass the huge Caesar statue and the entrance to the pool and will end up right in front of Bacchanal! Yes a shortcut to get you in line sooner, because yes, there will be a line! We showed up at 3:45PM this last time around and there was no line (dinner starts at 3PM). If you're feeling lucky, show up a couple of hours before dinner start time so that you get the lunch price, but dinner options. Be warned, the line can get line so don't cut it too close!
Their website boasts about their chicken and waffles, but I thought there were so many other better things. Crab legs and shrimp were good, oysters not so much. The cold legs were better than the hot ones. My meal consisted mostly of crab, shrimp, pork belly and sweet potato balls. The street tacos are made to order and are pretty good.
The yuzu mousse, rum raisin bread pudding lemon gelato and chocolate covered strawberries were my favorite.
Show up extremely hungry, but also not so hungry that you'll be hangry while waiting in line. Anyone that frequents Vegas buffets will tell you Bacchanal is the best, but there is always the conversation of it being worth the price that follows. If you're a big eater, splurge and eat some better quality buffet food at Bacchanal. If you're not a big eater, spend the same amount of money at a nice restaurant instead. It's fun to go to, but I would also hate to eat here and have plans to go clubbing after if I were a local. I had the biggest food baby of my life after eating Bacchanal!
