| - Alright, my final verdict is in after my third visit here. I remain at three stars and here is why:
(1) The food has left a funky after taste each time I have been here and a somewhat funky feeling in my stomach. Now I'm not claiming it has made me sick, just feeling a little weird, like I ate some of Aunt Carrol's Christmas surprise casserole and just knew I felt different afterwards.
(2) 12 doll hairs for one sandwich, no chips, no drink, just the sandwich. 12 doll hairs is good for a decent steak, two sides, bread and peanuts at Texas Roadhouse.
(3) This doesn't really equate in the rating but I sure notice it each time and that is the most absurd logo I have ever seen, to the point of annoyance. Some fat bald head with this shitty grin and sole patch to boot, starring at you, I would have hired an actual professional when conceptualizing that one. I can totally picture the formation of the idea..."I want my giant grill to be plastered all over to be associated for the good of sandwich kind every where..."
(4) The chips are nasty
(5) The dutch crunch bread is kind of odd, I will try another bread if I ever come back, not all its cracked up to be
The latest sandwich I had was the Pat Tillman and I would certainly prefer it over the other two I have had. I also tried out the dirty sauce this time and while it seemed pleasant enough, I believe it compounded the a fore mentioned funky after taste quite a bit.
All in all, not a bad sandwich (minus the after taste) but I can't really see myself coming here on a regular basis. However, I would not hesitate to bring someone here that may be visiting and has never had it before so the can experience the fat bald head for themselves oh and the sandwiches.
