  • Purchased a car battery online for in-store pick up at this location, with the understanding that they'd be able to install it. I was told this is a "very common battery" purchased at their store. After a failed attempt to install the battery, the sales associate said they didn't have the right tools for the install and we were out of luck. So our options were to keep the battery and attempt to install it ourselves or find someone to install it for us OR return the battery and start over at an Auto Zone or Pep Boys. We opted for the latter and will take our business elsewhere.
