My wife and I are current AT&T customers and came in to this store to inquire about upgrading our phones. We were kindly greeted by Kyle but things went downhill from there. Kyle was quick to direct the conversation to Direct TV and tried selling us on that service. After we made it clear that we were not interested in Direct TV, we then started talking about our existing phone service. Kyle was then quick to try to tell us he could save us money by changing our plan. After finally backing him off from trying to sell us Direct TV and changing our service plans, we finally determined that the trade in value of our existing phones was $0 and that we would have to pay full price for the phones we wanted. My wife I and did not appreciate the sell pressure from Kyle and was disappointed that AT&T won't be working with us on getting a new phone. So, my wife and I are off to T-Mobile. It looks like that have some nice incentives.
