Really unhappy with this place. I saw the great reviews so I decided to check it out. I went there to visit without my dogs first since I wasn't sure if it would be ok to just walk in with them. I asked a few questions first. I asked about daycare and overnight stays since my job has some awful hours. I was told that all dogs had to meet with an associate to determine temperament/appropriate socialization. Makes sense.
Then they asked what kind of dog he is. I said he's a Staffordshire Terrier/American Pitbull. They said no. They wouldn't take him in the daycare program. I was told their policy doesn't allow pitbulls in the daycare program. This is well after Nevada banned breed discrimination.
That's completely ridiculous and wrong. It would be one thing if they met with my dog and determined he wasn't sociable, which wouldn't happen. My dog loves every human and every other dog. I've has other dogs I can admit were less than sociable, so I do know the difference.
Severely disappointed with this place and the breed discrimination.
