  • Just called to ask how late they were open until because I need to make new house keys for my kids. The guy who answered was EXTREMELY RUDE, practically shouted at me and asked me what I needed then told me abruptly that they don't do copies and to go to Home Depot. Yuck. Get some better customer service.
