  • I visited Blackstone for the first time today. The staff was friendly and courteous. I only gave them 3 stars for several reasons. First, was the prices. They're not the worst in town but, they certainly cannot compare with the best (Academy Sports, or even Eagle guns for example). My second complaint was regarding selection. For such a large facility, I would have expected a more selection of firearms, cleaning supplies and ammo. I also would have enjoyed a less "antiseptic" environment and a more friendly atmosphere. I felt like I was in a library or an art exhibit rather than a gun-store. The store felt cold rather than warm and inviting.
