  • Absolutely amazing. I sent a yelp email two days before a funeral asking if it would be possible to expedite the fitting of a new suit I had just purchased. About 45 minutes later I got a notification saying call me on my cell phone, mind you it was about 9 PM when I sent my message. I gave him a ring on his cell phone, he asked what I needed done to my suit. I told him and within minutes he was telling me to be at his shop at 9 AM, that he would take care of me. The next morning I arrived an hour late but that didn't seem to detour The promise of having them done that day. I also brought with me if you other sports jackets and a friend who brought in two pairs of pants. About four hours later I received a phone call saying my clothing was finished. He didn't charge extra and would barely received a thank you. I am overly impressed with the kindness, and professionalism. While there is a lot of tongue and cheek joking, it doesn't take a genius to realize that Phil is a great man with a big heart. I have recommended this place to everyone and I'm sure that I found the best in the business.
