  • Quaila is awesome! I'm a regular at European Wax Center in Philly and drove nearly 45 minutes to this location when I needed a wax in Pittsburgh, because I knew my experience would be just as awesome as I've come to expect from EWC in Philly. My waxer was Quaila, and she did a wonderful job -- chatty but not too chatty, applying pressure at the right moments to ease pain, and thorough stray-hair cleanup afterward. They use the same blue hard wax as the other EWC locations, and this makes a huge difference in terms of pain level and wax quality -- seriously, after trying hard wax, I'll never go back to soft wax + strips. More generally, EWC has plenty of locations in most metropolitan cities across the country, so you can purchase a waxing package and use it at any location, no matter where you're traveling, and expect a consistent experience. That is a huge plus for me!
