  • For the price and location, I'm very happy with what I get. The staff is very friendly and they know me and my husband by name. We've lived in this complex for 3 years. For 2 years we rented a 1 bedroom for like $570, and now we rent a 3 bedroom for $1000/month. I'm about 10 minutes from work, and we are right by the freeway. Arizona Mills is nearby and there's plenty of fast-food. My major complaints are that the kids who play outside are noisy, it costs like $10 just to pay the water bill online, and the fitness center is not a selling point. The equipment is always broken and they don't air condition the room.
