  • Predatory towing company. This company appears to have employees that wait for customers to park, and then calls the actual tow truck driver. In other words they stake out different lots that have towing enforced and radio in when someone parks their car in the spot. I just witnessed this and the tow truck driver only let the car down when the cops got involved.
