  • I arrived last night after a long flight. When I tried to check in to my reservation, I was told I did not have a room. I'm a Hilton Diamond member.... Was told they got me a room a some place down the road, which was not a Hilton property. I was understandably upset, they could care less. I had to call Hilton to get another reservation at different property. Avoid this place like the plague. They do not honor their reservations.
