I went to Bell Ford this morning and was looking at the 2017 Explorer. The salesman And sales manager had me go into the showroom and did the credit check, came back and told me what was needed and what the payments were going to be. The payments were a little higher than what I wanted to pay, and asked if I could think about it. A couple of hours later I went back to purchase the vehicle. When I walked in he told me the deal was off. "We don't let our customers leave"were his words. I turned around and walked out. This would have been the 4th vehicle I purchased from Bell Ford and the 2nd my partner has purchased from Bell. Never, never had attitude like this. I am done with Bell Ford, I wouldn't give them the time of Day now.
I knew I should have asked for John Randel when I went it. He was the salesman for my partners vehicle in July, everything went smooth.
