I'm updating my review to 5 stars instead of the 3 I originally gave. Here's why:
In my book, good customer service is, hands-down, the most important thing when running a great business. And this place has that.
After I wrote my 3 star rating for Roka Akor (not even a bad review, just average) I was contacted by the manager and he apologized for my experience not being up to par with what they expect. He offered to have me back in the restaurant to have dinner on them, but to be honest, the sentiment itself is enough for me! The fact that they care so much about their customers makes me want to eat there again, for full price!!!
Well done, Roka Akor. Your stellar customer service is what really makes me recommend that people check you out! And thanks to Angelo the manager for such a gracious offer.
