  • We could not be more disappointed in the salon service received at this Ulta. My daughter spent over 120.00 to have her make up and hair done for a semi formal school Dance. Her hair was curled nicely with a simple braid (which was not secured and fell out 30 minutes after we left the salon) the worst part was the makeup, the gal that applied it made no effort to talk with my girl. She did not apply any primer, or set the makeup, the eye make up was horrible. My daughter was in tears when we left, we were there for almost 2 hours, seriously! What a joke!
