Ken found a bunch of issues that a previous HVAC person missed. The previous guy told me to change my thermostat to solve my issues (and also counseled me away from those "fancy" programmable thermostats :-/ ).
I called Ken and he happened to be in my neighborhood, so response time was less than 20 minutes. He found multiple things that the previous tech missed (bad caps, contactors, and dry rotted thermostat wiring). He was very open with all of his communication and told me step by step what the issues were and how much they would cost.
I will be calling Ken back for any of my future issues.
