  • This review is regarding its Japanese food. They're just not good, compared to your average Japanese restaurant on a strip mall. You're definitely paying for the luxurious setting and the privilege of dining at Mandarin Oriental. Tempura was soggy, which is inexcusable. Other bento items were simply forgettable at best. Every part of the Japanese bento disappoints. Just order a western dish, and save yourself some regret later.
