  • I had great expectations here as i bought a leather chesterfield sofa in Scottsdale AZ and had it shipped to my home well over a year ago. No problems however my experience with the new Boca Park location is shameful. Delivery Service is just terrible. I made my purchase on Saturday, January 28th. I was told it would take 2 days to ship from California. I came in Wednesday February 1st and still not there so they offered to deliver it. I was very specific that they call me to schedule a delivery since I travel for work. They did not. The delivery guy shows up unannounced while im out of town to deliver my purchase. He calls me while im working and leaves me a message with attitude. " Where are you? Ive been waiting out here for 15 minutes??? " WTF ??? AGAIN ...... I asked them to call me to reschedule. They never did. So today, February 8th, I drive to the pick up area to collect my purchase. Not there. They said it was at a holding facility in Henderson. I asked if they had any intention of calling me to schedule the delivery. The reply? "There will be an additional delivery fee since we already attempted to deliver and nobody was home". 9 days later and still no furniture. In case you didnt know, they accept no returns whatsoever after 10 days but its o.k. to not have my purchase going on 10 days later? Zero follow up. Do they not understand the concept of if you take peoples money and dont coordinate and schedule delivery, call, or do any follow up at all, social media will be a disaster for this place? Find another logistics carrier or manager cause this is incompetent to say the least. Fail. Epic Fail. **** suggestion **** Develop a process in which all outstanding orders ( orders the customer paid $$ and still have yet to receive ) are escalated until the customer receives the order they paid for. There should be a follow up in place however the burden of proof falls on the customer here and it should be the other way around. Following up with the this store is an incredibly painful experience sitting on hold and talking to a call center. No urgency to deliver for what the customer paid for. The customer experience here is more like the DMV experience. **** Update **** Today is Saturday February 11th. Still no furniture. **** Update **** Today is Tuesday February 13th. waiting patiently for delivery as promised by a "manager". 3 pm and no show. called the 800 customer service line. on hold for 15 minutes. call got dropped. Still no furniture. All it takes is a return call. Again, the burden falls on me to call back. On hold again for 15 more minutes only to find out its not on the truck. Headed back to the store to cancel my order and credit back my credit card. Not pleased and extremely disappointed. You had a lifetime customer and did everything wrong on multiple occasions to screw up what should be a simple transaction. Never again. Ever....
