I bought the 5 aerial class Groupon deal and was only able to use 2 out of the 5 classes. It was a horrible waste of time and money! Very limited in scheduling (2 beginner classes a week) and impossible to book (only 10 spots available, can only book 3 days in advance). I wanted to use the last 3 classes for regular yoga but there weren't many classes available and most of them were during the day (while I"m at work). I wasted far too much time trying to book these classes (it was always full and waited on the wait list, only 4 spots on wait list available)and they weren't very enjoyable in the end. I didn't find it much of a work out. The instructor would demo the moves but didn't provide any feed back and only would help if you looked like you were about to fall out of the harness. What is the point of a smaller class if you aren't given more attention? Overall would not recomment. I would rate this place 0 out of 5 if I could.
If you are going here for the gym and not the classes you should know the King W location is very small. Reminds me of a very large condo gym. Definitely not something I would think is worth their rather high membership fee.
