  • The appliances are old and falling apart or not working correctly. We had to live with dirty dishes if we use the dishwasher. We made our initial request four weeks ago that the dishes where not clean and the dishwasher would not complete a cycle and leave water in the bottom. Maintenance has been out three times and it's still not fixed. Our experience since moving in has been very poor and disappointing! When we moved in they provided an inventory and condition form, we advised we had mold in both bath tubs nothing was done. If you choose to move here make sure your not near the front gate, every time someone come or goes you will hear the noise of the tires clanking over the gate track. Consider the noise from the traffic on 67th Ave.
