My Jeep had an over heating issue that required 5 separate visits and 3 different dealerships to get resolved. With each visit, a repair was made that should have resolved the issue and yet the issue persisted. I am happy to say that Chapman was able to resolve the issue and since the last repair my vehicle has been trouble free. This in itself is not the purpose of the review. What makes the difference for me is the service adviser and mechanic. It is easy for a consumer to loose confidence in a business given the issues I have had. Dan Boardman made me feel like he took the issue with my vehicle and my concerns personally and that makes a huge difference for me. He did a great job of keeping me informed and making sure I was taken care of during this process.
