  • Bought a Groupon for my parents from this company. My parents came in on 5/24 from the Phoenix-Mesa airport. The limo driver arrived on time, however, he took my parents to the wrong hotel ( Wildhorse pass instead of the Sheraton). My parents took a shuttle to the correct location. On their flight home today they were supposed to get picked up at 4:45am. The driver called at 4:48 to tell me he was " about 15 minutes away." My parents took the hotel limo instead and barely made their flight.
