Cox is the worst isp I have delt with to date. Tech support will push you to take a service call. THEN THEY WILL BILL YOU FOR THE SERVICE CALL. When you call about this charge you can literally hear the phone person shrug as they say, "ehhh nothing we can do. Tech should have told you we bill for calls where the problem isnt with us." Which is outrageous on so many levels, primarily because in this case they didnt fix a thing. The tech was incompetent, the phone support was equally hapless. I would rather shave with a rusty soup can lid than deal with this pit of imbecilic vipers.
