  • Just moved to Las Vegas and was looking for a gym to join. The place was slammed for a Saturday night. Walked in and was greeted by the girls at the desk. Told them I was interested in taking a tour of the place before signing up. They told me somebody would be with me in a moment. After waiting 5 mins, a guy approached me...introduced himself and said that he was helping someone else and would be back in 10 mins to help me. Well the guy never came back. I ended up walking out and signing up somewhere else. This gym needs to get their front area together and train their employees better in customer service.
