| - The ONLY saving grace of this Arena is the sight lines.
Oh, where to start.
-The Arena Staff are completely incompetent and unhelpful. No direction outside provided, even when specifically asked for, which resulted in my boyfriend and I standing in a GA line for 30min, only to have out tickets scanned AFTER security and be told to go to an entirely different entrance.
-No variety of food/drink options. In this day and age, especially in a "state of the art" arena, to only be able to find one stand (i.e. Shake Shack) able to serve anything Gluten-Free (I mean, we're talking all I need is a burger with no bun here) was appalling. And not a single cider to be found in the entire building, while there are dozens of beer and cocktail options.
The most concerning part for me; however, was the smoking. I realize that e-cigarettes and vapes are going to be brought in, and more often than not, used indoors. But during the concert, not only were e-cigs and vapes being used, but traditional cigarettes were being lit up without any address from security. If this is going to be the norm for this venue, I'll be first in line to surrender my NHL Season Tickets. Absolutely unforgivable.
