  • I attended OdySea today for the first time with some family from out of town, we were extremely disappointed. The water looked murky green & the fish looked miserable. The whole place was very cheaply made, I couldn't believe that they allowed "mermaids" to swim in that horrible water. Seems like it would be a huge health violation considering the water was green and clearly not filtered correctly. The area where the stingrays were smelled horrendous lots of people even needed to plug their nose.. 95% of the fish were just standard lake fish, nothing out of the ordinary that's for sure. I am blown away that they would allow something like this in Scottsdale! Horrrrrrrible experience, don't waste your money. If you're set on doing something go to butterfly wonderland..I honestly thought the aquarium at Mills mall was better, at least the water was clear & it didn't smell like dead fish.
