  • 5 STARS - No Doubt! By researching the symptoms my laptop was experiencing, I knew I was going to need an I.T. My boss recommended TLC. He said that he was provided with great service when he took his computer. Of course I called first, to find out their availability----- simply because I had to meet a deadline that night, and I needed my laptop. I took it over to TLC, and immediately was greeted with friendly service. I dropped-it-off for the diagnostic. To sum-it-up, I picked up my laptop later that afternoon, and I have been happy ever since with my laptop. The reason for the 5 stars..... I have a tendency to ask a lot of questions when I am conducting a business transaction that is difficult for me to understand what I am paying for. This team is awesome! The customer service was great, the repair was great, the educational explanation was great, and the competitive price felt like I received 'more' than what I paid for. I already sent them a new customer (my son), and will continue to recommend TLC to our friends and family. Thank you TLC!!!
