  • The owner has always been very helpful and flexible finding solutions to my problems. He is honest and takes care of his customers. Specifically, instead of selling me an external enclosure that I need for 5 munutes he offered to back up the data from the drive to a flash drive for me. Also, when one of the work computers went down, we needed a new power supply, but he offered us a perfectly good OEM unit from another machine. Top notch service.
