  • I have to let people know about an experience in customer service that must be commented on. A year ago my husband and I decided to renovate an existing unusable fireplace. We met Mike at Fireplace Furnishings for the first time at that point. He was remarkably knowledgeable and helpful in meeting our needs at a fair price point. The Reno got derailed by life, but a week ago we went back to get the project going again. Not only had his pricing remained the same, but he went through every specific needs we would have to meet and did everything in his power to keep costs from skyrocketing. He asked about our contractor and made sure we were in good hands going forward. For those that want top of the line product, knowledgeable support and a great price point, this is your shop!!!
