  • STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE Nothing wrong with the property but the management should not even be called management. I could get into what happened and how useless and unhelpful they were when it came time to move out but I don't want to type up a novel. Not to mention the ridiculous frequency of water being shut off in the morning until 4 or 5pm. Long story short, they lied about charges for some damages. I asked them for an original invoice showing that amount which I finally got after over 10 unreturned calls. Guess what? The amount on the original invoice was lower than what they charged me--go figure. I moved out near the end of last year and I'm still dealing with this in MID FEBRUARY. Don't be fooled by the fake smiles and eager-to-help attitude when you try to move in. Word of advice: Go somewhere else. It's not worth all the trouble, hassle, and BS dealing with this company when you want to leave. P.S. Leaving a forwarding mailing address means nothing to them. They sent our charges to a collection agency the day after our last bill came out. I don't play that shiieet son!
