  • After our offer was accepted on our house subject to inspection, we started looking for options, our realtor had suggestions but after reading many reviews online (yelp, homestar, google etc) and doing our due diligence by calling a few and reviewing some sample reports, we shortlisted to two companies (one which my inlaws had also used recetly) and the Solex group. I'm very happy that Solex was available for our timeslot (specially comparing the service my inlaws received vs us). Vahn, our inspector, was very thorough about checking every inch of the house and answering all of our many many questions. He assured us that he's working for us and it was obvious he had our best interest in mind. He went on the roof, into the attic, checked all appliances, fixtures, windows/skylights and more. He provided us witha complete inspection report and an appliance recall check the next day. I would definitely recommend him to friends and family.
