i ordered from these guys and asked them on the phone if everything was gluten free and void of wheat. they assured me it was. when i received my order, it was suspiciously breaded. i called back and was reassured there was no wheat. 3 different people told me this and argued with me. they said they use maida flour and all purpose flour only (both which are made of wheat). after 10 minutes convincing them they were wrong, they argued that they were not experts.
i understand my food allergies are my problem, but if i take a precaution and inquire, i believe a restaurant should at the very least know what is in their food. the level of rudeness and ignorance was completely unacceptable.
