  • I was ill and visited this clinic 3 times the week after Christmas and saw 3 different people who were excellent and very thorough. I also saw 2 different people at the front desk who were equally as cheerful and kind. This place is run like a machine and the way to go is to check in online and you will be sent a text with your appointment time and when to arrive. I have never waited more than 5 minutes to be called back for my appointment. If you walk-in, you might wait several hours...not a good idea when it is so easy to check-in online and wait in the comfort of your own home until the time you are asked to arrive. My entire family has used this clinic and we never get less than stellar care. Also I have never been charged more than my insurance co-pay or asked to pay an exorbitant fee as some of the reviews have indicated. In addition, when antibiotics have been indicated in my diagnosis, they have been prescribed. In no way have I ever felt they are "very much against antibiotics". Any responsible heath care person SHOULD not prescribe any drug unless the diagnosis warrants it. These people are very dedicated and have probably seen most of what any of us have ever contracted. One review mentioned this clinic is run by Physicians Assistants and a DO....some of the best care I have received in my life was from a Physicians Assistant at the Mayo Clinic. These professionals know what they are doing! I love the people at this location and will continue to see them whenever in need. Great people that really care!
