  • I had been going to Dolce for about a year and my hairdresser, Carol did a good job. I only went back to see her. Then, she left. I tried 2 other hairdressers and they both did horrible jobs. I went with the high level sylist and they didn't listen to what I was requesting. I wasn't asking to look like Jennifer Aniston, I just requested that they don't cut off more than they would for a trim and not to add more layers. One woman gave me bangs. BANGS. Like 8 inches were cut off because "she thought it would fram my face".. WRONG! Unless you have a PhD in hair styling and not a few hours training at Supercuts you shouldn't make those decisions. One of the stylists told me that I shouldn't use Groupons or Hunies. They only get paid half as much if they do those and it wasn't fair to her. I though that was odd and probably against company policy. Like excuse me for getting a deal on your waaay overpriced services! Any place that always gives away 50% off of their services is taking the value out of the place anyway. You get what you pay for. If you can always get 50% off of their prices then why don't they just make their prices 50% lower? You never really are getting a sale.
