  • My family and I have always chose Southwest for their fare rates! Bags flying free is such a blessing. We use to choose Southwest because they always were "fun"! From the way you greeted by boarding staff.. maybe even a tip of his hat from the captain! But, that is not so any longer. the staff never smiles, barely speaks to you. At one time they use to do "funny" little shows/jokes that would put the nervous flyer at ease. I realize that our world has changed. But if we give up & not try to see a little humor in life, it will only get sadder. So, please bring back that humor, smiles. Thank you.
