  • Went in for eyebrow waxing after calling and they said I could come in as a walk in. Came in waited for about 10 minutes. One lady said 5 minutes then 5 minutes later another lady came and said 10 minutes. Really? Anyway, the waxing tech came out and told me the room to go to. Went in. She didn't even close the door for privacy. So the lady sitting across from the room could see everything. I said eyebrows only. She asked 2 times if I wanted my upper lip done. I told her no just eyebrows. Then she proceeded to tell me that my upper lip has a lot of hair and I should get it waxed. Seriously! Then once I paid she said $12. And asked if I wanted to tip her. I think not! Eyebrows came out well, but service wasn't great.
