  • We used this company twice. Once last year to find a house and again this year. Terry, a realtor there was absolutely great. Searched and searched with us until we found the perfect house. This year, passed us on to a colleague of his, Michelle. Not only was she late to every appointment she set with us, but it was apparent all she cared about was the money. She took us out to look at houses three times. We looked at three houses total because the last house she tried to show us, she couldn't get the lock box open. After three houses, her being late, and her lack of customer service, she informed me that we needed to find someone else because she had spent too much time on us without us making a decision and she needed to move on. Basically we weren't making her any money, so we were of no use to her. Horrible projection of this company all together. I gave two stars because we had such a great experience with Terry, but this woman has ruined our relationship with this entire company.
