  • Went there to buy a coat. I wanted something that was waterproof, could withstand cold temperatures and the outdoor elements. I had been there before and the gentlemen that assisted me was quite helpful in purchasing boots which I was pleased with. For whatever reason, the girl working upstairs said the apparel there was "only for skiing" and I should go downstairs. I had been there before and thought what I was looking for would be upstairs and wasn't interested in urban outerwear, but something versatile. Needless to say, I left without a coat.
