Unfornately, my daughters and I chose this nail salon (out of many in Surprise,AZ). We entered the nail salon around 5:30 p.m. and left at 8:30 p.m on a Monday and also a school night. I thought I would treat my girls, but this experience ended up being more of a punishment for them. I was there for a pedicure/manicure and my girls were ONLY getting polish. Someone took me back around 6:10 (ok fine they were busy) while my girls sat up front patiently and quietly waiting on their turn. As we watched other children and adults walk in and be seated immediately for their pedicures and manicures, I reminded the "manager" that my girls were up front waiting for a POLISH. I didn't want to get done and still be eaiting on them. I told them to forget my manicure and just please finally start on my girls. They finally took them back after 7:00 p.m. The girls hadn't eaten or done homework cause I had no idea we would be there for over 3 hours (ridiculous!!!!) The manager came over and said, "Oh, I thought only one girl was getting polish", which still doesn't answer why they had to wait so long. I said no both girls are holding their chosen color for their polish. I asked for the owner's phone number, he stated he would talk to them and give me a call back. Do you think I have heard from the manager??????? Absolute horrible customer service!!!! I would advise not to go to the place under any circumstances. Then the so called "manager" started giggling and speaking a different language....very professional. Would advise this owner to invest in customer service training for his employees. I usually do no complain, if I am kept informed I can be more patient and tolerant. There is no reason we should have been in this place for over 3 hrs for what little service we received. Worst nail salon experience ever!!!
