  • After getting excited about Verizon's unlimited plan I went into this location today to ask about all the fees associated with the plan as I wanted to switch from my current carrier. The employees were completely misinformed about the details. Someone needs to train their associates on pricing and ensure everyone is aware of new plans when they come out. I was told $80 plus a $20 fee plus a monthly fee for financing the device. After reviewing on Verizon's website the new plan is $65 plus a $20 fee plus the device. Receive a $5 credit once you sign up for auto bill. This makes the cost of the plan at least $20 less than what they explained. Good thing I did my own research.
