  • i decided to go back to the auto shop to give them a second chance. i took my 1987 BMW that had an exhaust leak and no power to it. they said they couldn't tell where the exhaust leak was coming from, they would have to tear open the manifold to diagnose it. Big $$$ there. http://i1162.photobucket.com/albums/q533/ccraynesthegangstaceleb/photo1.jpg hmmm i wonder where it is...i took it to americas muffler and they diagnosed and fixed it for $30 in 30min. they also could not tell why it was a little sluggish. they recommended i change a fuel injector($500), that did not help. and gave me a bunch of things it "could" be.told me it would cost $900 to fix. i took it to Advanced transmissions and they said it was definitely the pump and showed me how low the pressure was. these guys are either very incompetent or huge crooks. maybe both.
