  • I've been a Yelp user for years. Love the app. This is my first ever review and for a reason. I am in Charlotte for a wedding staying at the Hampton Inn in South Park. Great experience the first night I stayed here. I always leave the "do not disturb" sign on the door so the housekeeping doesn't have to deal with cleaning my room. With the wedding, I received a box with snacks and drinks. I am the only one staying in my room and when I returned to my room the other drink that I didn't take was gone. This may sound like a ridiculous situation but i assure you that my room was broken in to and I had something stolen from my room. I am furious about this incident. I know tomorrow is a Sunday but I will be waiting for a call from a the manager about this situation. If I do not hear from the manager by the end of the day Monday, legal action will be taken. -An unfortunate resident.
