  • This was the third escape room establishment that I had visited. The establishment required us to keep to our end of the bargain of showing up on time and not cancelling when one of our members was involved in a car accident. However, it was interesting to note that they were fine with making us wait along with general disinterest in servicing us. We did the Mayan Curse, it was very enjoyable! We were obviously in a mild room compared to the poor group somewhere near us in another room that kep on screaming. Overall, establishment, facilities, and room concepts were very good. Customer service was below average.
