  • I just had the most frustrating depressing manicure ever, first the lady at the reception said the could take me for manicure at 12, well I started at 12:20. They could not remove my gel, the excuse is: oh they don't know what product I had on!!!!!! I did tell the receptionist I had gel, why she did not inform me that they cannot remove gel !!! What kind of shitty excuse is this??? Why book me and spend 2hour trying to do something that they are not ready to do!!!!! Just say sorry we cannot remove all gel products. And they charged me freaking 55 dollars for nail job that I did not receive. I left with a partial nail removal job. freaking crazy and stupid. Just say we can't service you cause we don't know how to remove gel that is not placed by us!! I could have went somewhere else. Freaking nasty. This was a steel. This was just shameful. And a non professional receptionist!!! I m never ever stepping there ever again and none of my friends will after I tell them what happened.
