Service the the hallmark of a good business; it shows the owners concern and appreciation for your patronage. Unfortunately, there is no service at Posh. The owner doesn't care which groomer she gives you, rather says yes to anything when you book an appointment just to pocket your money. Besides this we've had our Maltese cut like poodle and had Bangs cut on our toy silky Yorky that continues to need a Barrett for 3 months now and it will be another 3 before she's somewhat normal. The owners response to both these incidence was " oh I'm sorry" The last straw was just a week ago when we brought in the Maltese ( I specifically booked with the owner) and told her we only want this one groomer and she gave our dog a different groomer once again. She drove us to look for another place , we found 7 dogs across the street and low and behold they are great and they have many of her former clients! Service Service Service ,
