  • I have never been happier to give a review. Nissan Henderson was an awful experience. We wanted to trade in a car, and got the run around from several of the employees. Yesterday they told us we would have to put 6k down and we left. Today we called them and said we would do that and they called back saying we had to put 8k down. When we agreed on that, they called back and said they wanted 12k down. We asked them what values they were inserting in their calculators that we would need 12k down, and they would not give us any straight answers as to where 4k was going towards... The conversation ended with the manager hanging up on my husband. 30 minutes later, the "nice guy" called to say we could make it work with 8k. Pffbt. So rude. DO NOT GO THERE!!
