  • For the past 4 yrs I have been using this doctor for my back issues. I book an appointment last week for 7 am today. I got to the office by 6:55 and when I got there the lady behind the desk said since it has been over 6 months I needed to fill out 16 pages of paperwork for new patients. I told her I was not a new patient but she said I still had to redo it. The best part if I did not get it done in 15 mins or less my appointment would be cancelled. So I got done at 7:18 and she told me sorry you did not make the time limit. I was very upset and I will never go back. If you want to be treated like a number this is the doctor office for you. But don't ever show up on time because you are already 30 mins late.
