We purchased a new Honda Pioneer 1000-5. The sales manager Chad was helpful during the purchase. After the papers were signed we felt like the customer service went way down, Our Pioneer was supposed to be detailed and cleaned up for us to pick up the next day. It looked like someone had sprayed it with water and dried it off. There were scratches on the unit from lack of proper storage in the back lot which we were told they would try to buff out. The nets had not been closed properly and left to bang around in the wind which caused the scratches. Lack of caring about the product from the staff. There was glue left on the bumper bar. We were disappointed in their quality of detailing. As part of our deal we ordered the roof which was to be sent to the store and we would get a call when it arrived. A few day passed and we called to ask if it was in. We were told by Anthony that he would check and call us back. We never got a call back. We had to call back the next day. Chad was pretty much the main guy we dealt with but Anthony was our sales guy. Anthony wasn't very knowledgeable about the Pioneer and it was unacceptable to not return our call about the roof. We expect the sales guys to have more info about the units they sell. It seemed like there was a lack of training. Unfortunately we have purchased the extended service plan and so we will be stuck going in every 6 months or so. We hope it gets better from here on out. We expect to be treated a little better than we were after spending over 18K at their store.
