  • The A/C in the room was not working, so they sent Chris Robin, the mechanic. He could not fix it right then and there, so he got us another room. He offered to move our bags into the other room. He even went down to get us our new set of room keys. Great service! He definitely went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable. In addition, the room was clean and nicely decorated! We had the room with the king-sized bed and pull out couch. We had a fridge, microwave, hair dryer, ironing board, bathroom essentials, and TV. They even have a pool and fitness center.
